“Coal Blooded”: New Report Says Coal Plants Disproportionately Impact Communities Of Color

A new report from the NAACP called “Coal Blooded: Putting Profits Before People” (co-authored by former RAN staffer Adrian Wilson) paints a grim picture. Grim, but not surprising.
