I agree with Mr. Etters and family. It is shocking to think that ini this day in age with all we now know about the extremely negative effects of rainforest destruction that companies like Calvin Klein, Coach, and Mark Jacobs would continue to have an active part in such exploitative and destructive behavior. So I say we should all vote with our wallets this holiday season and on into next year until even the most stubborn and obviously deaf corporations wake up to the realities of what being a good citizen of the planet Earth means.

It’s high time we stopped destroying life, and fashion industries must set an example by protecting Indonesian rainforests. Gucci Group has demonstrated that the fashion industry can make a difference for rainforests and for the climate. Now it’s time for the others to join.By implementing leadership paper policies, Calvin Klein, Coach and Marc Jacobs have the opportunity to protect rainforests and the climate and make Indonesian rainforest protection a fall fashion trend that won’t be forgotten.
