The indigenous people of Peru have been subjected to genocide by the european conquistadors in the pursuit of gold. “President” A. Garcia and his cronies are the modern conquistador in suits and ties. Garcia’s corrupt regime will stop at nothing until he destroys the entire nation of Peru: until the nations resources, oil, minerals and the rain forests are depleted by foreign corporations in pursuit of global domination. Mr. Garcia will then move to Miami with a fat bank account. Mr. Garcia is not afraid of the international Court of Justice nor of the Criminal Court. He believes that he will never face justice sine he is protected by his U.S. sponsors. It seems to me that the indigenous victims of Peru have no other choice but to arm themselves, since they have exhausted all peaceful avenues in pursuit of their rights to live peacefully in the land of their forefathers.

For the Goverment of Peru, You have shown the world great intolerance and an inability to deal with peace and honor among peoples in your own Nation. Your violence in causing the deaths of many people seeking their rights and understanding from you is such a show of ignorance, greed and inhumanity that you will certainly turn the world away from your presence. Those people, harmed and suffering are in need of help and you do nothing. The arrogance of the attacks will not be forgotten. Peru’s government has a great deal to do to earn respect in this modern time when these actions are used as if it were the 1800s. People responsible should all be held accountable, now. Whatever level of office they hold; none should escape prosecution for these murderous acts. This is shameful and sad to ever have occurred.MKW
