Rising Tide Bay Area did a banner drop early this morning above the This morning at rush-hour, Rising Tide Bay Area dropped a 300 square foot banner on Treasure Island, overlooking the Bay Bridge. This is the one of the busiest rush-hour commutes in the country, with an estimated 75,000+ commuters during the morning rush hour – this bridge is twice as busy as the Brooklyn Bridge.
