<description>We are fighting for our Treaty Rights here in Canada, in Nova Scotia, The Shubenacadie Band membership is trying to prevent the Chief and Council from signing into the Made In Nova Scotia Process to negotiate our Treaty Rights.

This, even before Canada has signed the UN Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. We can&#039;t take their word, the Honor of the Crown, doesn&#039;t exist and we are living proof of that.

Prayers for our people for strength and wisdom to do what is right for our future generations. We have the only Peace and Friendship Treaty in the world. We have to protect it as it protects us.
