		<description>If CCS is really viable, all we have to do is tax carbon and prohibit the construction of new plants that don&#039;t sequester carbon, and the industry will have it up and running in no time - no subsidies required. If it isn&#039;t, well, at least we won&#039;t have any new coal plants.</description>
