		<description>Yes, this is good news indeed. But a sad side effect is that now the car industry is turning the argument around and suing states for trying to regulate these emissions as one of the car industry’s lawyers (Ludwiszewski) argues: &quot;I think the Supreme Court ruling makes it clear that the court viewed global warming as an issue that should be dealt with nationally and not at the state level&quot;. Personally I see no such conclusion of the ruling. The ruling does not prevent states from making their own separate goals as long as they at least meet federal standards. When will the car industry take responsibility for polluting our environment and adding to global warming? Not until consumers and voters say enough is enough. Get out there and tell your government representatives that you demand strict emission standards. This is a struggle not yet over. Hopefully, the courts will again see through the car industry&#039;s flaky arguments and yet again rule in favor of the global environment and reason.</description>
