Pissed Pupils Press President on Proper Paper Purchasing
Rabble-rousers at OSU continue to put the heat on school officials (and their mascott) to adopt a Smart Paper Policy.
Outside of Ohio State University President, Karen Free The Planet at OSU is dedicated to getting the Ohio State University out of the business of destroying forests. As momentum for their campaign continues to grow, things are really heating up on campus. On Tuesday, February 27th, students at OSU were created by some four banners that member of Free The Planet had unfurled as part of a “banner blitz” across campus to put continued pressure on their administration and raise public awareness. A special banner featuring OSU’s mascot, Brutus the Buckeye, was place directly outside of Ohio State University President Karen Holbrook’s office, sending an artistic reminder that forest destruction is NOT the way to go.
