A scary stat coming from an ACNielson internet poll: 13% of Americans have never heard of global warming.
Whats more compelling from an international perspective, but of course not surprising, is that 91% of the people polled thought that global warming was a “serious problem” or a “very serious problem.”

Fortune’s Mark Gunther took a swipe at investment bank Merrill Lynch last week, calling them out on their support of the controversial TXU coal power plant deal down in Texas which will make TXU the largest corporate emitter of greenhouse gases in North America.
