Another quick parsing of the green news on the tip of all our tongues…

Japan looks to cut its oil dependence, specifically within the transportation sector, by 20% over the next 24 years. I’d say thats nothing to write home about except that my government can’t even cut oil dependence by 5% let alone 20…

After a lifetime on the East Coast and getting stuck in the Midwestern suburbs of Chicago and northern Michigan I'm finally on the West Coast in the always cool and never hot city of San Francisco.
