Grist grills the Green Guru
Grist is running an interview with Niel Golightly of Ford Motor Company by SustainAbility. If you’re a Golightly junky like me, it’s definitely a fun read.
I admit that I have a strange fascination in watching corporate PR at workâmost of them are so wonderfully sneaky. I get a little giddy whenever one of them, especially one from a company whose stock ticker looks like a ski jump, says that RAN doesn’t “get” business.
Anyway, I’m interested in what everyone thinks of his suggestion (when asked how RAN could be more effective at getting them to change) to buy a Ford hybrid. Personally, it sounded like telling someone concerned about second-hand smoke to buy a pack of Lites.

I can’t be bothered with anything these days, but such is life. I don’t care. So it goes. More or less nothing seems worth thinking about. I’ve just been hanging out waiting for something to happen, but that’s how it is.
